​Transforming a City

The Heights is one of the largest housing development projects in the history of the Twin Cities. The $400 million dollar development will be built on the site of the former Hillcrest golf course in St. Paul.  The 112-acre site will be transformed into one of the most innovative housing developments that will include single-family houses, townhomes and apartments. Additionally, the site will include a park and light industrial sites. The goal is to add 1,000 housing units and 1,000 jobs to the east side of St. Paul -many of which are affordable and workforce housing.  Norden Strategies helped develop the leadership team and is assisting Sherman Associates as Master Developer. Other partners include the St. Paul Port Authority,  Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and JO Companies.
